And Shonda Rhimes came to us saying she had a dream and a little voice told her that this was not the right time. Then she changed at the last moment. That’s her style: she believes in her characters

I wonder that maybe not just because they are Cristina and Owen.
They’re both amazing people when you look through what they’re doing. Kevin has his own KMKO Charity Fund and I love how Sandra helps whenever she can, she medializes the big issues.
I also love how they’re both proud of their origins. Kevin always loves to take a role in/promote films that involve Scotland and he himself said that if he could he would want his children to grow up there. You can really see that he loves it when he talks about his country. And Sandra as well, she always participates in Asian American events and always brings this subject up in interviews. I LOVE WHEN KEVIN SPEAKS WITH SCOTTISH ACCENT AND SANDRA IN FRENCH.
Finally, I adore how they love each other.

Maybe Romeo and Juliet were fated to be together, but just for a while, and then their time passed. If they could have known that beforehand, maybe it all would have been okay.
Even now, I believe that for the most part, love is about choices. It’s about putting down the poison and the dagger and making your own happy ending…most of the time. And that sometimes, despite all your best choices and all your best intentions…fate wins anyway.
